Patrick Pingel
Patrick PingelChief Executive Officer

Patrick joined Hubbard Hill Retirement Community in November of 2004 as the Chief Executive Officer. A lifetime area resident, Mr. Pingel brings 12 years of comprehensive long-term care administrative experience in a variety of settings including: post acute, skilled and intermediate care facilities. Mr. Pingel has extensive experience in facility redesign and renovation. He received his Bachelor’s degree in management and a Master’s degree in public administration from Indiana University. He is licensed by the state of Indiana in Nursing Home Administration.

Terry Schollmeier
Terry SchollmeierChief Operations Officer

Terry joined Hubbard Hill Retirement Community in January of 2014. Mr. Schollmeier brings a wealth of management experience from both the for-profit and non-profit senior living community business sector. Hubbard Hill’s faith-based heritage was a significant factor in bringing him to this community. He received his MS in Health Science and Education from Oklahoma State University. In addition to being a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, Mr. Schollmeier taught at Oral Roberts University early in his professional career with a passion for holistic wellness.

Dena Benham
Dena BenhamDirector of Marketing

Dena Benham joined Hubbard Hill in April of 2009 as the Director of Marketing.  In her role, at this non-profit, faith based, locally owned organization, she is responsible for marketing, census development, hospitality services, relationship management, interior design and creative strategic planning for the future care of older adults in our Michiana community.  With 24 years of healthcare experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, she serves as a guest speaker for a variety of organizations and on advisory councils. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Barry University.

Hannah Couch
Hannah CouchDirector of Development

Director of Development, Hannah Couch, comes to Hubbard Hill most recently from The History Museum in South Bend, where she was their Director of Development. Previous to that, she was the Director of Development for Thomas MacLaren State Charter School in Colorado Springs, CO for four years. She originally came from the finance/accounting disciplines and worked as both a financial analyst and an accounting specialist after her graduation from University of Portland with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Hannah moved to Mishawaka after her adventures ‘out west’ to marry the love of her life, Sean, and start their family here. She enjoys hiking, embroidery, and spending as much time as possible with her nieces and nephews. Hannah is happily settling in at Hubbard Hill and is excited to meet you all!
