Dear Residents and Families,

We want to inform you about a scheduled Information Technology department maintenance at Hubbard Hill, essential for enhancing our facility’s security.

Key Details:

• Date: Wednesday, December 11, 2024
• Time: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Important Note: During this time, phones will be down, with intermittent disruptions to internet and other services. Room phones will not work, but cell phones will still operate.

Key Points:

• Emergency Contacts: If you need to reach loved ones in an emergency, please use the following extensions:

  • Assisted Living Ext. #6025
  • Rehab Ext. #6006
  • Living Wisdom center Ext. #6004
  • Or the front desk at 574-295-6260
• Maintenance Requests: Can still be submitted via our website or by calling the emergency line at 574-320-2212.
• Meal Planning: Residents not dining in the dining rooms are encouraged to pre-order their Wednesday lunch and dinners on Tuesday.
• Television and Lights: TVs may experience outages, and call/pendant lights may be intermittently affected, so residents are encouraged to keep their doors open.
• Additional Safety Measures: Assisted Living nurses will conduct extra rounds; please inform them if you plan to leave the building.
